Terms of Service – Beautifully Balanced Skin

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking or receiving services at Beautifully Balanced Skin, clients agree to abide by these Terms of Service. These terms may be updated periodically, and continued use of services implies acceptance of any changes.

2. Clinic Standards and Compliance

  • All treatments are performed by qualified professionals in accordance with the Public Health and Wellbeing Act 2008 (Vic) and Health and Wellbeing Regulations 2019.
  • The clinic adheres to best practice guidelines for hygiene, infection control, and client safety.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide accurate health information, including allergies, medications, and skin conditions.
  • Clients are responsible for following pre- and post-treatment care instructions provided by their therapist.

4. Bookings and Cancellations

  • Appointments must be booked in advance. Walk-ins are subject to availability.
  • Cancellations require 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations may incur a 50% fee; no-shows will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.

5. Treatment Disclaimer

  • All treatments are tailored to individual needs, but results may vary. No guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes.
  • Treatments are non-invasive and designed to support skin health and relaxation.

6. Refer a friend program

Refer a Friend Program Terms: Enjoy $100 off your next treatment when you refer a friend who books in. Excludes skin consultation and treatment, and LED treatments. Credit applies once your friend completes their booking and mentions you. Word of mouth and Instagram story referrals welcome. Credit remains on your account for future use.

  1. Eligibility: This program is open to all existing customers of Beautifully Balanced Skin.
  2. Spread the word: Share the glow with friends and family or post about us on your Instagram. Tag our official Instagram page @beautifullybalancedskin_ 
  3. Benefit Details: upon verification of referral, you'll receive $100 off your next treatment. Excludes skin consultations and treatment and LED for referral client, once they book next treatment, you'll receive $100.
  4. Earn Rewards: As a gift to you, you'll receive $100 off your next treatment.
  5. Credit is:
    • Non-transferable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash.
    • Not valid on products, vouchers, or promotional packages.
    • Stored on your account and valid for 6 months from issue date. 

      6. Limitations

  • Referral credits cannot be combined with other offers unless stated.
  • The clinic reserves the right to verify eligibility, limit misuse, or amend the program at any time.

      7. Privacy and Consent

  • By referring a friend, you confirm that they have consented to their details being shared with Beautifully Balanced Skin.
  • All personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content, branding, and materials associated with Beautifully Balanced Skin are protected under Australian copyright law.
  • Clients may not reproduce or distribute clinic materials without written permission.

8. Privacy and Confidentiality

  • Personal and health information is collected and stored securely in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and Health Records Act 2001 (Vic).
  • Information is used solely for treatment and clinic operations and is never shared without consent.

9. Liability

  • Beautifully Balanced Skin is not liable for adverse reactions unless caused by negligence or breach of duty.
  • Clients agree to release the clinic from liability for outcomes resulting from undisclosed health information or failure to follow care instructions.

9. Conduct and Respect

  • Clients are expected to treat staff with courtesy and respect.
  • The clinic reserves the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate, aggressive, or unsafe behaviour.
